A graduate of Malvern Preparatory School and West Chester University, Rico has worked locally in project management for nearly ten years. While attending West Chester, he temporarily moved to New York City to work at a newly opened sensory gym for people with special needs. That experience introduced him to the neurodiverse community and helped shape his commitment to supporting it.

Rob earned his bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Saint Joseph's University, building a strong analytical foundation for organizational governance.
A graduate of Scranton Prep, Colin earned his bachelor's degree in Finance and Risk Management from St. Joseph's University and completed his MBA at the University of Scranton. He brings over five years of dedicated leadership in accounting and strategic finance.
As the founder of an independent consulting firm serving the construction, food and beverage, and apparel industries, Colin applies his practical industry knowledge to empower individuals and help them reach their highest personal and professional aspirations.

Evan Butcher is a founder of Bridges to Brilliance, a nonprofit dedicated to helping neurodiverse individuals build skills, find employment, and grow toward independence. He brings a hands-on approach to the mission, from shaping the organization's assessment tools to helping design the websites, apps, and community spaces that bring BTB's work to life.
Outside of BTB, Evan works at X3 gym in Fort Myers, Florida. He has spent years coaching lacrosse with Tru Florida, various Florida high school programs, and his former team, Freedom Lacrosse. His commitment to meeting people where they are and helping them discover their strengths is at the heart of his work at Bridges to Brilliance.
