Job Placement
At BTB, we believe every neurodiverse individual deserves the chance to shine in a workplace that values their unique strengths. Our mission is to help people with neurodivergent traits find jobs where they can truly thrive. We take the time to get to know each person through a thoughtful job placement questionnaire, which helps us understand their skills, interests, and what kind of support they need. From there, we work together to find the right job match because everyone deserves a role where they feel seen, supported, and successful.
